I like how rather than ignoring him, Trump canceled out the offensive situation against him by giving the guy the finger. Anyway, it would have been ever better to make things clearer by him asking, "Why did you rape that 13-year-old girl, Trump?" There may still be some people who don't know why Trump is referred to as a pedophile.
