Trump 47

"I haven't heard that name is so long." Total BS.

"The DOJ will have to take a look at it." Consider the pardon done.

I have to keep wondering if at some point he is going to finally get to the tipping point where even his defenders quit defending him. I mean, why exactly would a woman who helped a wealthy pedophile bag teen girls by making them feel comfortable in the situation since she is a woman need a pardon?

However, given the lack of response to any of the MAGAs left here I suspect they are just going to keep on keeping on.

Hell of a vedeo moment

Miller told CNN " Under Title 10 of the US Code, the President has plenary authority. Has..." then immediately froze, acting like he couldn't hear them.

"Plenary" means unlimited or absolute.

Miller is saying nobody can do anything to stop them.

New on MSNBC: Trump's new acting U.S. Attorney Lindsey Halligan has recruited prosecutors from outside her office to take James Comey to trial, after being unable to find any federal prosecutors in her own office willing to pursue the charges, according to two people familiar with the selections.

Republicans Busted Using Stock Photos to Hype Trump’s Oregon Crackdown

The GOP used a fabricated protest image to cheer Donald Trump’s plan to send National Guard troops into Portland—then shrugged it off as a meme.

DURBIN: You won't even say whether you talked to the White House about this?

BONDI: I'm not going to discuss any internal conversations with you

DURBIN: They're going to transfer Texas National Guard troops to the state of Illinois. What's the rationale?

BONDI: You voted to shut down the government. I wish you loved Chicago as much as you hate President Trump. And currently the National Guard are on way to Chicago.

The sad thing is it won't matter. Propoganda has worked for 10000 years. AI and stuff like that is only make it harder to tell the real.

fascism is here

"Common threads animating this violent conduct include anti-Americanism, anti-capitalism, and anti-Christianity; support for the overthrow of the United States Government; extremism on migration, race, and gender; and hostility towards those who hold traditional American views on family, religion, and morality."

So the presidents strategy is to punish people to get democratic opposition to capitulate. That's an interesting strategy

REPORTER: Should furloughed federal workers get back pay when the government shutdown ends?

TRUMP: It depends on who we’re talking about. Some people don’t deserve to be taken care of.

PADILLA: Do you believe govt officials are obligated to follow court orders whether they agree with them or not, yes or no?

BONDI: I wish you loved your state of California as much as you hate President Trump

PADILLA: I asked a simple yes or no question

I remember Blumenthal's lies well. Like my father, Blumenthal served in the military while the Vietnam War occurred, but never served overseas in Vietnam. However, multiple times while on the campaign trail for his first run as Senator he claimed he served "in Vietnam". He was caught on camera making this claim at least four different times.

That isn't an innocent mistake. There is absolutely no way my dad would ever introduce himself as serving in Vietnam. Blumenthal lied to make his resume look better and to deceive voters.

Here was the question she was asked

In the merger that took place involving American Express GBT [Global Business Travel], I understand that Brian Ballard, longtime backer and head of the law firm where you worked, was instrumental in lobbying the Justice Department to drop that lawsuit. … What conversations did you have with Mr. Ballard?” Blumenthal asked.

That's your take from this exchange?
