There’s another option. He knows it’s a slur, but uses it casually in PRIVATE conversations and it slipped out in public during one of his mindless ramblings.Do yall think he did it intentionally or just didn't understand what it meant?
And I get the point about his cabinet. Maybe its a word Miller likes to use and he thought it sounded cool.
