Another international add. 4 years of pro-ball, played a big role on the U20 Israel that won Silver at the Euro Tourney, and he looks great in the pick and roll. Lutz is definitely adding depth, Clary and Curry ante both score first type PG’s, so he’s a nice piece to compliment them if needed.

I like the idea of bringing in experienced international players as freshmen. More polished game and mature and likely cheaper due to lack of exposure.

I have updated the roster in post #182 to include Guetta.

As an international student is he even allowed to receive NIL money?

Here is a recent quote from Lutz:

"If you look into this year's recruiting, you're going to see a lot of international players coming across, and a lot of that is due to the fact that the revenue sharing in the NIL, the market is better here. In Europe, and in a lot of places, there's not quite as much money.
There used to be really, really good money over there, but now you've got coaches coming over (to the U.S.). You've got players coming over."

Interesting dynamic having an Isreali and an Iranian on the same team for next year!!! 🤔

I have also wondered if we are recruiting overseas more because of F-1 Visas. I think I have read there are restrictions on the amount of money international players can make. This would help our NIL $ stretch farther if true.
