Forget the damned HR’s! Find some kids who can hit and play good defense. My guess is the results would be far superior to this garbage.

Just when you think it couldn’t get any worse it does. Pitching is just atrocious. Where did we find these guys? And defense is a debacle. Who is primarily responsible, Romero, Ginther? Whoever it is needs to be fired immediately. Looks like a JV squad trying to field out there.

Regardless of what the coaches are saying/doing, at some point a player has to step up and deal with his teammates. This is inexcusable baseball for this level. The question is are their any players that have the stones to do it.

They didn’t hit on one new guy in recruiting. Not one.

They brought in 2 sub .200 hitting infielders from the sec and thought they could fix them. They changed the bat of one of the best hitters we’ve ever seen come thru here. They ruined one of the top pitching prospects and now he barely pitches. I don’t get it.

The ironic thing is the MSU relief pitcher has not allowed a run and is a freshman.

It’s something special to be picked to win the conference and be DEAD LAST. Something that football AND baseball are achieving the SAME SEASON.
