The good news from this weekend is that the bats have been good and RyLee is performing well. That's a big win.

The bats are a welcome change from how they ususally start out the year in Clearwater. I have more faith in them fixing the pitching issue than trying to figure out the bats if they were cold to start the year.

I feel like the ABs have been so much better this year. Drawing walks, not chasing near as much. I hope its on purpose.

Crandall also gave up a solo home run to make it 3-2 so not sure what your point is here. Meylan is our supposed ace. We aren't going to go very far if she can't figure it out. Shes pitched well so far outside of one pitch.

Ruby has given up over 10 runs this weekend. Rylee has been really good. That's not to say she would not have allowed 1 run but it's a little puzzling.
