ORU @OSU

The last two AB’s a the epitome of the Josh hitting philosophy. The first had NO understanding of what he needed to do to get the tying run home… Look for a pitch you can get a fly ball and the last AB…try to check over swings at balls at you chin. No discipline in either one at all.

Just more examples of a poorly coached team.

I was honestly shocked we got the bunt down to move the runners to 2nd and 3rd. Was certain is was going to be two foul offs and a strikeout
The bunt was right back to the pitcher and would have been an out at third if the pitcher didn’t bobble it. So not sure the bunt was executed like it needed to be. But I get your point, he did get the runners to 2nd and 3rd.

Bunt back at the pitcher is a higher level of execution than two fouls and a K.

Baby steps…

In the post game radio interview Josh was proud of the team for battling back, they just could not get over the hump.

Is that the state of the program? Proud they battled back to only lose by one? When, in all reality, your are fighting for a regional spot (not even hosting at this point).

Just another repeat from his bag of excuses.
