They definitely need to take a look at the type of injury and when they happen. They probably already do, but it's a problem.

I can’t imagine they are not tracking that as Josh is a big data guy. I would love to hear someone ask him what they do about it. Maybe they can’t do much, but I doubt that with the technology out there these days. His teams seem to be bit by the injury bug with multiple injuries every year.
