Official - Eric Morris is the new OSU Coach!

I like Morris, i think he's a solid coach and a very good hire for osu. he knows what he's doing and he will make osu better. and he will make the donors open up their wallets and if nothing else, he will make osu relevant again

doesnt hurt that he appreciates the qualitative value of rivalries and wants to re-engage with OU

I might catch heat from this, but the product being put out and the amount we were paying was not equitable. It’s a bummer because I’m sure he is a good dude and a bunch of guys loved him, but this a part of the clean slate.
Yes, morris needs to have his guys in there because we have to change where the program was at.

I love glass and think he was an asset but I noticed a lot of injured players throughout the last 5 years and not sure if it was conditioning that controlled that but it sure seemed like a trend

IMO, he was made out to be this S&C guru, but I was never impressed with our physicality along the lines, and we've suffered an inordinate amount of injuries along all position groups over the years. I think any good up and coming S&C coach could achieve the same or better results for half the price.

Nothing against Glass - he seems like a great human and a solid coach. But our program became a good ol' boy club, and nobody was holding any of them accountable. I don't like seeing people lose their jobs, but I am glad to see us more or less clean house so we can start fresh. Maybe that will shake things up in a good way.
