He’s been in town for like 30 minutes so far…..give him a chance to breath.I guess I'm hoping insiders will say that the players love him and can't wait to play for him next year.

Did you watch his interview with Dave? He said this week he plans to get to know the kids on the current roster, and evaluate that roster so they can figure out what they have. It's go time. Right now.

He's literally starting, right now. What else could one expect from him?
Post #193 in this thread, on the previous page. It's a pretty good, short interview that's worth watching. You got a link to that interview?
Here's what I liked.Best thing I heard in that interview was that he chopped cotton growing up in Texas. Me too, except in SW OK.
That tells me he is grounded and has a tremendous work ethic. I think Eric Morris is an excellent choice and perfect fit for OSU. I’m sold.

An article I read a month or so ago about him said he's invested a considerable amount buying cotton farm ground in Arkansas for his retirement project, so he still has that going currently.Best thing I heard in that interview was that he chopped cotton growing up in Texas. Me too, except in SW OK.

Agree. I too spent lots of hours growing up walking the rows in SW OK and on a tractor. Learned lots of great life lessons from Grandad on the farm.Best thing I heard in that interview was that he chopped cotton growing up in Texas. Me too, except in SW OK.

Chopping cotton either makes you tougher or kills you by the end of the week.Agree. I too spent lots of hours growing up walking the rows in SW OK and on a tractor. Learned lots of great life lessons from Grandad on the farm.
