I don't see any other explanation other than playing the situation to our advantage. With the ladies back in action next door, it's a bad look.
Even thinking maybe the window would be too short to get it squeezed in before the next possible wave later, softball was barely even started and the baseball game was a few innings in, so the games were pretty much synced up. I don't like it

I know Kenny doesn't want a DH tomorrow because he wants to use Ruby as much as possible.
Maybe Josh wants to rest his staff more? Dunno. He's full of odd moves.
Maybe hoping resuming tomorrow will equal playing the remainder of this game with the already established lead in calmer conditions so KU doesn't have the HR derby wind?
Seems crazy they are waiting until tomorrow when the wind is out of the northwest and aiding any team with left handed power at the plate.

I have no idea about KU, just know we have power from the left side of the plate and think our coaches are capable of pouring piss out of a boot.
