Defending the obviously indefensible is hard.

it is a tough realization to hit . I did it with Obama and Bush.

I found when I got to this point with Obama, I stopped and took a good long look at the indefensible and my own beliefs and realized I needed to start calling Obama out for everything he was doing that didn't line up with the law, policy, being a decent human etc.

Bush was a little easier with the Weapons of Mass Destruction stuff...it was easy after that.

It is a tough moment..it also requires that you start digging hard and looking hard at the law vrs actions, policy vrs law,

what does the law require vrs actual actions. Does the Policy violate the Law How do they respond when they are caught

So apparently, J.D. Vance flew to the Vatican to invite Pope Leo to the United States for America’s 250th birthday, but he declined and will instead spend July 4th standing with migrants. As a practicing Catholic, I can’t put into words how meaningful it is to watch the Church meet this moment with an American as pope.

GOP senator deletes tweet citing cartel terrorists wearing masks in attempt to defend ICE​

Sen. Mike Lee’s (R-UT) latest attempt to “own the libs” on social media appeared to backfire over the weekend as he ended up deleting his post amid a flurry of his Democratic colleagues hitting back at him.

Lee posted on Sunday a video of what he captioned as “Cartel hitmen” wearing masks in Mexico, as the country was gripped with terror attacks against infrastructure in retaliation for the killing of a cartel leader. “Cartel hitmen wear masks,” Lee wrote, adding, “Leftists aren’t complaining.”

The Senate’s top Democrat, Chuck Schumer (D-NY), shared the post and replied to Lee, “Yes. Cartel hitmen wear masks. That’s why ICE shouldn’t.”



Sen. Chris Murphy (D-CT) replied to Lee as well, writing, “Oh dear Mike. I literally couldn’t make our argument better than you do. The bad guys wear masks. The good guys don’t.”

Sen. Brian Schatz (D-HI) added, “Mike, I would like ICE to have the same standards as a local police department, not cartel hitmen.”

He says ICE cut 240 hours of training, including classes that taught the Constitution, firearms training, and the use of force.
