What I read there is:
Apparently lawfully armed citizen in an open carry state.
ICE attempt to disarm and seize his firearm with no reasonable suspicion of a crime being committed in violation of Terry v. Ohio.
When lawfully carrying citizen resists the illegal seizure of his property and person, ICE officers kill him with multiple firearm shots while other officers are holding him down.
What I don’t read is evidence he was brandishing a firearm at any point.
Btw: you have a legal right to resist a false arrest/seizure of your person.
Also, btw: That alleged fear of the shooting ICE officers has must be a REASONABLE fear of death or great bodily injury. I don’t see how anyone could have a reasonable fear of death or great bodily injury when at least four of your thug buddies have him pinned to the ground. Hell, firing on him at that point endangered his fellow thug buddies more than the victim did.
