ICE

WELKER: Noem called it an "act of domestic terrorism." What's the evidence for that allegation?

HOMAN: If they didn't have sanctuary policies--

WELKER: To be clear, is anyone who protests ICE a domestic terrorist?

HOMAN: It's a case by case basis. If you look at the definition of terrorism, it certainly could fall within the definition

Frey on Noem: "That was some wild and crazy stuff. It sounds like she doesn't believe a single word she's saying right now. And I don't know if Donald Trump was drinking a glass of water if she'd actually be able to speak."

There is a rumor ice agents are in my town tonight. I know they were in St James yesterday. Because when you think about foreign gangs terrorizing the population, rural Minnesota is the first place you think of.
I was at an ICE protest today in Los Angeles today and an undercover law enforcement got outed. Sunglasses super non descript solid color clothing freshly purchased. Kind of walked stiff. Wearing a brand new Dodger cap. Someone sniffed him out asked who his favorite Dodger was and he couldn't name one player.

Not sure if it was ICE or LAPD, I'm assuming ICE from out of town, because he couldn't name one guy on the team, not even Kershaw but dude got outed quickly and he was told to take a walk and that it would be a shame if sunglasses got stepped on especially if he's recording people with them.

You ok with them being used as a tool for fraud?
I'm ok with them staying here as long as they are contributing to society and not just sponging our tax dollars.

Neither is entering any country illegally.

So we are clear, you are OK with them "breaking the law" by entering as long as they are contributing to society and you don't need to point at them as a debate point later in the thread?

I'm really not OK with anyone breaking any law. But I'd much prefer someone who works hard/efficiently, and doesn't rape, murder, or deal/traffic drugs/children. Just to be perfectly clear.

Why didn't ICE consult with local Minneapolis police to have them enforce traffic laws and have the woman's car towed and impounded?

I suspect it is because they were doing shady shit and wanted to go run and hide in their little clubhouse and make videos where they look like victims like they've been doing all over the country.

Holding law enforcement accountable is a non partisan issue.

I absolutely agree with that and suspect you are correct. As to why they didn't consult local police, I have no idea if they did or didn't whether they're required to or if local police would have helped. Maybe if it had been local police she would have complied. Do you think if she had been protesting the MPD that this would have never happened and she would have legally protested?

TBH, in these debates you often seem far from clear. At times, you make reasonable points. At other times, you respond like a hard core MAGA who is just full steam ahead with the plan and ignoring anything that disagrees with the administration.

Our nation is treating people unjustly based on a technicality. When I was in college at OSU, the drinking age was 21. But, the bars let you in at 18 and as long as one person was 21 or had a good fake we all got to drink. I was breaking the law. But, the bar, the police, the city, and everyone allowed it (minus occasionally kicking someone out) because it was good for business. I think they have mostly shut that down, which is fine, there is no constitutional right to underage drinking. But, if they penalized that severely, ie. took away my degree from OSU and took my ability to earn income, that would be unjust for the situation. Especially if the bar got no punishment.

These workers were enticed here by business and society with more money than they could dream of living in poverty. They work their asses off. They cause proportionally less trouble overall than citizens. And, after giving them this life and treating them essentially as legal, we are now screaming that they are criminals (but not the business that hired them) and destroying all they have worked for (for us!). It is not reasonable IMHO to see that as just treatment of another human.

TBEMH, if you'll notice when the MAGA comes out is when the circle has started jerking the hardest. You guys call it trolling, it probably is because I use it to try to show them what they are doing from the left. It's my own demented version of reverse psychology.

I promise you we are not that different and neither of us likes being lumped with the extremists.

This right here can't be shouted loud enough. These people are not criminals and should be allowed to prosper here. Laws should have already been changed to protect them. Instead, the laws weren't changed, and we've flooded the system with more than we can handle along with some serious criminals.

Not for the boot pickers. Law enforcers are inflatable to them.

If you don't like being called an extremist don't take extremist positions and then try to backtrack when you get called out on them.

You support a 34 time convicted felon. An adjudicated rapist. Someone found libel of 430MM in fraud. A judge declared he couldn’t operate a charitable foundation bc of fraud. Someone that an independent special counsel said there was enough probable cause to bring charges for his actions on Jan 6 and for document retention and obstruction in the pursuit of the return of said documents. Someone who pardoned over 1,300 criminals associated with Jan 6. Someone who pardoned rapists and sexual predators of children. Someone who pardoned a convicted felon responsible for bringing 800,000 pounds of cocaine into the US. Someone whose best friend was a sex trafficker and child rapist while they were best friends. Someone who suggested shooting legal protestors in the leg.

This is all 1 person. Spare the crime concern.

I'm not backtracking anything. Did you read my post?

Let me translate it for you:
If you take an extremist position I will take an opposing extremist position in response to it. As stated, you call it trolling.

Oh look, there's one now!
