Just stating two journalistic, legal, and historically grounded facts:
1. He can’t legally do this.
2. If he somehow did it anyway, it would launch a civil war. Immediately. Which means it can now be said that Donald Trump openly seeks a Second Civil War.
(PS) Be clear on what he said.
He said "we"—i.e., Republicans—need to "take over" the elections in "at least 15 [blue] places"... permanently.
No one can possibly doubt that not only would this be illegal and unconstitutional, but that he knows it.
And that it would mean war.

Tulsi Gabbard could be part of an effort to malign the Fulton County elections, but this time with a new lie about foreign interference.
