Epstein files release

NEW — Under pressure from lawmakers, and WEEKS after saying they already published all legally required documents, the DOJ just put out hundreds of pages of Epstein records.

It includes records of interviews with a woman who made uncorroborated allegations against President Trump, who has denied any wrongdoing.

Again these docs were released AFTER DOJ said all records had been made public.

The Department of Justice on Thursday released three previously withheld FBI interview reports from 2019 related to a woman who made uncorroborated allegations that she was abused by Donald Trump in the 1980s, when she was a minor.

sadly all this does is make most of us angry, upset, disgusted that nothing is going to come of all this...there are just some people above the law, and some that are willing to defend, overlook, cover up for these people...(my maga friends tell me there is just not enough hard evidence...too much hearsay...)
I pray to God that I am wrong, but ¨I lost faith in the world a long time ago.¨ ...F#&K Pedos...

This will be unpopular, but that really should say F#&K Rich & powerful people who are above the law. I actually feel a little bit of sympathy for real pedophiles. It must suck to have a biological oops that makes you sexually attracted to people that you absolutely should not have sex with. I DO NOT feel sorry for those that act on it, life is tough sometimes and they have to overcome the desire. Still,I feel sorry for those afflicted with the desire instead of a healthy desire for consenting adults.

We are using that term (me too) loosely when talking about the Epstein men. I doubt that most of them are true pedophiles in that they are sexually attracted to children. Instead, they are men with so much wealth and power that "banging hot chicks" probably has little appeal left. But, having the power to get away with banging a pre-teen or early teen girl, that is enticing as it shows how powerful they are.

I mean, Frank Eaton married a 15 year old girl when he was 30-something. That was very common not so long ago. So it's also just that society has evolved.

This is an interesting take and something Ive never thought about. It would never occur to probably 99.9% of us to look at-yeah I can't even write that out. But 100.000% of us know it's wrong. Ive always looked at people being gay like I look at myself. I never really had a choice to like women, it's just something that Ive always felt so who am I to judge someone who doesn't. It didn't occur to me that being attracted to age groups would have the same differences.

That being said Ill have to think on this but I think I agree on having sympathy for people who suffer from the issue but don't act on it.

in the US the Age of Consent laws that were followed in the English Colonies was the English Common Law

English Common Law at this point in the late 1700's was that a girl attained the legal age of consent at age 10 - 12 and was able to be Married

These laws remained in place from the late 1700's and most of the 1800's in the US with age 12 for girls and 14 for Boys

IF a person was caught married or having a sexual relationship with someone under these ages at this time the marriage would be annulled and they could be prosecuted for sex crimes. However, This was only if they got caught and it was NOT a requirement for either party to prove age for marriage or a relationship

Then there was a Nation Wide Social Purity Movement through the United States from 1885-1920. During this movement Reformers successfully lobbied US states to raise age of consent laws to 16 or 18 depending on the state. However, this only applied sexual activity and not Marriage laws.

During this time it was accepted as law that any Girl age 14 or older could legally marry as long as the Parents agreed to the Union

It stayed this way in the US until the 1970's when the "Age of Majority" acts set the age of adulthood and voting rights at 18.

Child Marriage with Judicial or Parent approval remained legal in all 50 states until 2018

As of 2025 16 states have passed laws making it illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to wed.

Today it is still legal in 34 states to marry a minor with Legal or Parental consent.

Yeah. My point in my reply to @steross was that not marrying or having sexual relationships with pre/early-teens is a very very recent thing in human history. I think it's more societal than anything.

I think it's more societal than anything. He called it a "biological oops." If that's true then almost everyone had the disease up until the last hundred or so years.

That is why I wrote this:

Pedophilia is sexual attraction to pre-pubescent kids. I don't know all that Epstein did but I believe it was all or almost all underage girls, not prepubscent kids. So, my comment about "biological oops" is those who are real pedophiles. That has been shunned by society and laws for centuries.

The increase in age of consent laws is a different subject. It has to do with a somewhat science based change from the idea that menstruation was a marker of the ability to consent to a brain development based reasons.

It would be an interesting thought if the age of consent was still 11 or 12 and there was no real taboo to it if these powerful men would have found these young teens so enticing.

I had in the meantime edited my post because of the distinction you made.

Epstein was named in major DOJ & DEA probe investigating money laundering, drug smuggling and sex trafficking— until Trump shut it down

Jeffrey Epstein was the target of a sprawling federal investigation into alleged money laundering, drug smuggling and sex trafficking operation by a specialized unit shut down last year by the Trump administration.

The Federal Drug Enforcement Administration opened the investigation into Epstein and a dozen other individuals in 2015, according to five sources close to the case, as part of a longstanding probe into organized crime, although none of the targets were charged with any crimes and it's not clear how long the case remained open, reported Bloomberg.

"It began after an informant told authorities that Epstein was involved in the illicit funding and distribution of so-called club drugs, including ecstasy, ketamine and methamphetamines," Bloomberg reported, based on the sources who asked not to be named so they could discuss sensitive law enforcement matters.

"Initial information about the 2015 investigation surfaced in January in a heavily redacted document that was released by the DOJ," the report added. "These new details about the investigation deepen the mystery surrounding the serial sex abuser, and reveal a striking level of scrutiny into him that extended beyond the federal sex-crimes probe that has captured international attention for years. They also reflect a pattern: As Epstein famously cultivated high-profile connections with Wall Street executives, politicians and royalty, federal authorities secretly kept their eyes on him."

At least eight U.S. government agencies – including the FBI, DEA and the Treasury Department – were investigating Epstein at the time of his 2009 release from custody in Florida after pleading guilty to soliciting a minor for prostitution, according to documents released in January by the Department of Justice.

"The documents show that law enforcement agencies kept tabs on Epstein by tracking his movements, building dossiers on his connections and following his money as it moved through offshore accounts," Bloomberg reported. "Foreign governments did likewise. The U.S. Secret Service’s White House division and Harvard University’s campus police conducted background checks on Epstein years after he was released from custody in Florida."

The DEA investigation, which was conducted by the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces, or OCDETF, was launched in December 2010, long before Epstein or anyone in his circle were targeted, as part of a drug trafficking probe into nightclubs in New York, Mexico and elsewhere.

"The lead DEA agent on Operation Chain Reaction wrote in a status update [around January 2015] that he expected the case to wrap up in a few months after all the defendants [in separate cases] were sentenced," Bloomberg reported, according to the sources. "But in a twist, one suspected drug trafficker became an informant and told federal agents that Epstein had been involved in the funding and distribution of ecstasy, ketamine and methamphetamines, the people familiar with the matter said. The informant also said that Epstein ran a prostitution ring."

The DEA asked OCDETF’s fusion center to prepare a “target profile” on Epstein and 12 others in April 2015, saying the agency needed that information as part of its investigation into money laundering, drug trafficking and the procurement of Eastern European prostitutes for high profile clientele, the sources told Bloomberg.

"An analyst at the fusion center wrote in the 69-page [target profile] that the DEA’s investigation involved 'illegitimate wire transfers which are tied to illicit drug and/or prostitution activities occurring in the U.S. Virgin Islands and New York City,'" Bloomberg reported, citing a heavily redacted copy released by the DOJ.

CBS News first reported on that redacted document last week, and Sen. Ron Wyden (D-OR) asked the DEA last month to provide an unredacted copy of that target profile and additional details about its “mystery investigation" into Epstein, 12 associates and two businesses.

"Bloomberg has learned their identities from the people familiar with the matter," the outlet reported. "They include Epstein’s lawyer, Darren Indyke; his brother, Mark; and his accountants, Bella Klein, Harry Beller and Richard Kahn. Indyke and Kahn are co-executors of Epstein’s estate. Epstein died while in federal custody in August 2019."

"The two businesses are Wagging Tail Entertainment and Ossa Properties Inc. Peggy Siegal, an entertainment publicist and friend of Epstein’s, did business under Wagging Tail, according to multiple emails in the DOJ’s Epstein documents," the report added. "Ossa is a real estate company owned by Mark Epstein. Anthony Barrett, who was an executive at Ossa Properties, was also named in the target profile. Some of Epstein's victims have said in civil lawsuits that they were sexually abused in a building managed by Ossa Properties."

A representative for Siegal said she was never questioned in the case or even aware of it and is no longer affiliated with Wagging Tail, while Mark Epstein also said he was not aware of the probe or questioned as part of it, and an attorney for Indyke and Kahn said they were not aware of its existence.

Klein, Beller and Barrett did not respond to requests for comment, Bloomberg reported, and six women named as targets were not identified because publicly available information indicates that they could be considered Epstein victims.

Operation Chain Reaction was officially closed on June 16, 2023, and OCDETF was defunded and shut down in May 2025 as part of the Trump administration's sweeping government cuts in the early days of his second administration.

holy crap that was deep...guess I can feel sorry for them if not acting out, but when they do act out, all bets off...sometimes we don´t/can´t understand people who do not act/think like us...I cannot fathom how a male can be sexually attracted to another male, but I have no problems with that (to each their own)...I don´t understand how anyone who calls themselves Christian can support tRump, but here we are...I don´t understand algebra, but (sorry, I digress)...in regards to the wealthy men who raped underage girls, I want them locked up, but that ain´t gonna happen...also, when I think pedophile I think of someone abusing preteen and below...I strongly believe what these dirtbags in the Epstein files made a conscious choice, not a biological oops...

Jeffrey Epstein's cellmate 'heard guard say "you killed that dude" on night of death'

An inmate housed at the same New York City jail as Jeffrey Epstein told the FBI he overheard guards talking about covering up the disgraced financier's death.

The Epstein files released by the Department of Justice contain a five-page handwritten report of an FBI interview with an inmate who was at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan on the morning of Aug. 10, 2019. The inmate heard a loud commotion in the Special Housing Unit, where he and Epstein were jailed.

"Breathe! Breathe!" he claims to have heard officers shouting around 6:30 a.m. He then alleged to hear another officer say, "Dudes, you killed that dude."

A female guard then allegedly said, "If he is dead, we’re going to cover it up, and he’s going to have an alibi — my officers," according to the report. After learning that Epstein had died, inmates had said, "Miss Noel killed Jeffrey," according to the report.

The man identified the female guard as Tova Noel, one of the two correctional officers who were later charged with falsifying reports to appear from their records that they had made their rounds that night. The guards were instructed to check on Epstein every 30 minutes, which they did not.

The charges against her and the other officer, Michael Thomas, were later dropped, but both were fired. The inmate's account hasn't been substantiated, but it still raises questions about Epstein's death.

Both the New York Medical Examiner and the U.S. Department of Justice concluded that the financier died by suicide. However, Dr. Michael Baden, a forensic pathologist hired by Epstein's estate to attend the autopsy, believes Epstein's injuries were more consistent with strangulation than suicide.

Speculation on Epstein's death continues

Still, it's likely the FBI report will only breed more speculation. Official reports in that incident state that Epstein initially told prison officials that his cellmate had tried to kill him after extorting him for money. It's also reported that on the morning of Epstein's death on Aug. 10, Noel searched the term "latest on Epstein in jail" twice — once at 5:42 a.m. and again at 5:52 a.m.

The second search occurred about 40 minutes before Thomas found Epstein. Epstein's former cellmate, Efrain Reyes, told prison officials that he told Epstein that he would be safer if he paid inmates and guards for protection.

Epstein had three fractures on either side of his larynx, which Baden said was rare for any bones to be broken in a hanging, let alone for multiple bones to be fractured. "Those fractures are extremely unusual in suicidal hangings and could occur much more commonly in homicidal strangulation," he said, adding that there were hemorrhages in Epstein's eyes that are also more common in strangulation than in hangings.

The Justice Department's official death investigation found that "none of the inmates who were interviewed had any credible information suggesting Epstein’s cause of death was something other than suicide." The investigation also concluded that the three interviewed inmates with a direct line of sight into Epstein's cell door stated that "no one entered or exited Epstein’s cell" after Epstein was locked into the cell the night before.

Epstein autopsy doctor admits she hesitated on suicide ruling

The New York City medical examiner who conducted Jeffrey Epstein’s autopsy did not quickly label his 2019 jail death as a suicide. She wanted more investigative details before making a final decision, according to a recently released transcript under the Epstein Files Transparency Act.

Dr. Kristin Roman, the forensic pathologist who performed the autopsy, stated in a sworn interview in 2022 that she initially recorded Epstein’s manner of death as “pending studies” instead of suicide or homicide.

Roman mentioned that this delay represented caution due to the high profile of the case and the chance that others might have wanted Epstein dead. “If he had been a less high-profile person who there weren’t people wanting to kill, I would have probably called it a hanging on the day of autopsy,” Roman said in the transcript published Monday by Business Insider.

Epstein, a financier awaiting trial on federal sex-trafficking charges, was found dead in a Manhattan federal jail in August 2019. New York City’s chief medical examiner, Dr. Barbara Sampson, concluded several days later that Epstein died by suicide. Reuters reported at the time that the official ruling was suicide. The Justice Department inspector general later stated that the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner determined both the cause and manner of death in the same way.

Roman stated in her interview that by the time she completed her review, the case seemed “pretty clear cut” to her. She told investigators she wanted photographs of the cell and other context before finalizing the ruling, including details from staff who found Epstein. Roman said she could not speak directly to correctional officers or inspect the cell herself, but she reviewed photographs and maintained that these limitations did not affect her final conclusion.

The transcript also addresses one of the longest disputes in the case: injuries to Epstein’s neck that outside pathologist Dr. Michael Baden has cited as inconsistent with suicide. Baden, who observed the autopsy on behalf of Epstein’s brother and estate, has claimed for years that the findings indicate homicide. Roman disagreed, saying in the interview that the injuries she observed were consistent with suicide and not with manual strangulation.

Sampson defended the office’s conclusion in 2019 after Baden publicly questioned it. The Associated Press reported that Sampson said she stood “firmly” behind the suicide ruling.

Roman also admitted uncertainty about some of the physical evidence collected from the jail scene, including which item retrieved from the cell was most likely involved. Still, she said this issue did not change her medical conclusion. Epstein’s brother, Mark Epstein, continued to reject the suicide ruling after reviewing the newly public transcript, telling Business Insider he still believed his brother was killed.

The newly released interview adds detail to a case that has faced public doubt for years, fueled by Epstein’s wealth, his ties to powerful figures, and documented failures at the federal jail where he was held. A 2023 Justice Department inspector general report examined the Bureau of Prisons’ actions related to Epstein’s detention and death while reaffirming New York City’s medical examiner ruled the death a suicide.

With Roman’s account now public, the main medical finding remains the same, even as discussions about the circumstances surrounding Epstein’s death continue to spark conspiracy theories.

What does this tweet from last night have to do with the Epstein files??

Well we have to look at some history here and find out who this Reliance company out of India is and learn more about it's chairman Mukesh Ambani

2324.png

2325.png

2326.png

Then we see Mukesh's little brother mentioned 186 times In the Epstein files.

2327.png

So Trump is allowing a privately held Energy company out of India take over a $300 million project for an oil refinery in Texas who is run by a man who's little brother is literally listed almost 200 times in the Epstein Files
