I was in Georgia two weeks ago and back again next week. I’ll be inundated with political ads.
Trump was horrible, Harris was horrible, and yeah the moderators were horrible. Complete waste of time. So if all the world including Putin will immediately respect and/or fear Trump as President how is it that 2 moderators from ABC ran roughshod over Trump and caused an unfair debate?

I suppose they are afraid of upsetting the health insurance companies. As I've said before just go with Medicare Advantage For All to not upset the health insurance companies. Or get with Ralph Nader on how to do it. As a longtime political activist, he has helped get more acts of Congress through than any Congress person.

I agree. But given what happened with "letting a businessman" run the country, I will be relieved if we just get more of the same.
Theoretically, a really good CEO type may function well in the job. But, let's be honest, none of the superb ones want to do it as the election process and job is right now. And, I'm not sure that a really thoughtful one who would tell us what we need to hear like they do in their jobs could get elected, even if they wanted to do it.
Oh I have no plans to leave here sweetheart. I just plan to do a better job of tuning out this stupid election.
I suspect you are going through the exact same feelings of those that supported Biden went through.
Stage 1- He's too old, but he is for sure better than the alternative. He's fine that is just (his stutter/way he is).
Stage 2- Ok, now he is clearly not as good as he was, but, he's still ok.
Stage 3- Hmmm, that was a kinda bad day. He needs to up his game or the naysayers are really gonna be able to feed on this.
Stage 4-Wow. Did I just see that? There is no way this guy can be president for the next four years.
I think the better claim is one side is doing the normal politician lies of exaggerating the benefits of their proposals and degrading the benefits of the other side. The other side is claiming that pets are under attack from immigrants, Denver is now Venezuela, and somehow abortions are occurring after birth which isn’t even technically possible.
Both sides lying. One side lying in bombastic ways that have never been seen in presidential politics.
Business types are a problem because all they think about is profit. Governments aren’t meant to make profits, they are meant to take care of and protect the citizens.
I'll say it again....I'm not signing off on either with my vote. And will still serve my right to bitch. As long as people keep these two parties funded and these two parties keep pushing crazies and lame ducks down our throats......a no vote is the louder bolder move.
Best case scenario is a complete boycott of this election.
