CRAZED CHRISTIAN NATIONALIST PASTOR TO RUN FOR CONGRESS...
Tulsa pastor / aspiring politician Jackson Lahmeyer is jumping into the crowded GOP race for Kevin Hern’s open congressional seat—and if his campaign launch is any indication, he’s trying out a very different approach this time around.
Back in 2022, Lahmeyer ran a loud, fiery, very vitriolic campaign against James Lankford, earning endorsements from Mike Flynn, Roger Stone, and a hodgepodge of other GOP crazies… and still only managing to pull about 25% of the vote.
Now? He’s apparently dialing it down.
Instead of the fire-and-brimstone style that had him sounding like a Pentecostal pastor out street preaching on a Sunday night, Lahmeyer’s campaign announcement shows a calmer, more composed version – almost like he’s trying to pass as a normal, cordial statesman.
Which raises a question…
Is this the new trend for right-wing candidates? After years of mean, confrontational, always-angry politics, are they now trying to win voters over by acting civil and composed?
Basically, has Lahmeyer earned that the best way to get elected is to hide the crazy and just play nice? We’ll find out soon enough.
