247 shows a commitment from Shaun Torgeson, a 6-4, 290 lb. OL from Portland State. He’ll be a RS Soph, so 3 years eligibility. Portland State was horrible winning only one game. BYU beat them 69-0. Torgeson started all 12 games at left tackle.
