I know you are not a conspiracy theorist.
But to answer your question.
First linking the location of MSG to any nefarious reason or trying to tie it to an event that occurred 85 years ago is silly. MSG is the most obvious location a large rally would be held in NYC.

Second, it is simply a hat with gothic lettering. One that you would see at any heavy metal concert or at the outlet mall in. Hot Topic store. Elon is a genius, but a weird dude. Yes, i think he loved the weird font and pushing this as “dark maga”.

There is so much to get mad or get frustrated with Trump. Literally weekly there is something he says or does that deserves scorn. Why do some require the need to gin-up fake outrage?

Have your big closing rally at the same place as the biggest Nazi rally ever in the US, drape one of your biggest supporters in a hat that evokes Nazi imagery, and have your candidate says things and uses terms really similar to Nazi slogans throughout the campaign…..

That’s big azz dog whistle is what that is.

While he had doubts about it two weeks ago, Judge Napolitano thinks that Harris will win. He thought the so-called comedians at Trump's NYC rally were just terrible. They drowned out Trump. But might vote for the Libertarian candidate.

"Interpret my vote" is not the same as "tell me how to vote". Those are not equivalent statements. "Tell me how to vote" is like a husband telling a wife "You must vote for Trump or else I'm going to beat the sh*t out of you" or a wife telling a husband "if you don't vote for Harris I'm filing for divorce". "Interpret my vote" is "your protest vote is an effective vote for candidate X". As we've seen, both sides claim my vote is a vote for the other. It isn't true. My vote is a vote for who I cast it for and it means what I say it means.

Oh, he's dead wrong about public health, vaccinations, and covid. I mean, he's still pushing hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin despite the fact that clinical trial after clinical trial has shown HCQ to be ineffective and there has never really been any data supporting ivermectin, just conspiracy theories. But even a broken clock is right twice a day. He wants off the ballot in Michigan because he's afraid that people will vote for him and "steal votes from Trump".

I don't think Trump is an actual fascist because fascism is an ideology and as near as I can tell Trump doesn't have one. He's chaos. And I think people tend to use the term "fascist" to mean "anything I don't like". I mean, in the early days of the current war in Gaza Israel was called "fascist". The mindlessness of that is beyond belief. But you can't dismiss the symbolism of Trump saying he wants generals like Hitler, the rally in MSG, Elon's hat. 2+2 really does equal 4.
