We need a better QB if we want to do more than make it to the Big 12 Championship game again next year. We all love Bowman because of how much he's embraced being a Cowboy but if you look at his stats last year it's just not pretty. That and the fact he's probably been playing the quarterback position since Pop Warner days and he still has no idea how to step up into a pocket.

I think he did early in his career, but having a collapsed lung...twice...he probably "hears footsteps" every play. I don't mean he's scared, per se, but risk assessment is part of his decision making.
