Pokes play at an unusual time …Wednesday at 2pm. Game against the Wofford Terriers.

Wofford’s sophomore guard, Chase Martin, has some OSU ties.
* Grew up a Poke fan (from Jenks, OK)
* His mom and aunt were both on the OSU Pom team
* His dad is a NFL head ref and a video GIF of him is used on the Jumbotron at home football games when opponents miss field goals.

Boynton said the early start time is so the players can head home after the game for Christmas that day. There won’t be very many in the arena.
 
OSU up 24-11 with 11:50 left in the first half. Not sure why, as I missed a bit of the start, but Hicklen in at PG for the last several series. BT shooting well so far.
 
This stuff gets so frustrating. Our starting 5 builds a double digit lead. Sharing the ball. No turnovers. Dailey w 8 points. Bryce w 9. And the guy on the bench wholesale subs like a hockey line change. Now it’s a 1 point game.

Ball sticking to Marsh and we get no movement by other 4.

Also it’s amazing how much better Bryce is when he’s moving off the ball w Small at the point. Bryce’s minutes should be maximized and paired w Small.

This will be an interesting 2nd half. No crowd to juice the players w a 2 point lead. Our starting 5 is probably +15-20 on Wofford but anything less than 3or 4 starters will make theirs a toss up.
 
Goodness. We should be absolutely destroying these guys on the boards but they are plus 8 at this point. Plus freaking 8...
 
Wofford is getting away with a lot of contact. Mike Boyton master class. Get a double digit lead, have a chance to extend it, blow it and let the other team stay close.
 
Williams was just holding his hands out so the dude didn't run into him. Wofford guy turned around and shoved him. Double tech. Sure...
