The key thing for Plott and for Daton is they are wrestling guys they’ve lost to every time they’ve wrestled them so they have to do something different this time. They have to go into this match with a different plan and a very aggressive plan. Something the other guy doesn’t expect. Passivity and/or wrestling defensively will get them both beat badly!

But was he a freshman like this kid?A few years ago, a staff member lost his first match. Then won 7 straight to earn 3rd place. He used to coach at NC. Now you can find him sitting next to John Smith at our matches.
That should give spratley some confidence for next year knowing he majored the defending NC at 125
