I would agree. Raised in OKC. Then raised my family in Tulsa. Now have the best of both worlds by living in Stillwater and getting to go to either if we need a taste of a bigger city.

Not good enough. That is exactly what they say. "If it is ever proven that Trump......" knowing full well that Trump will be able to sidestep the truth.

There is was enough smoke in the Swalwell situation for him to step down in his run for governor. The "if allegations are true" part should be about his punishment.

I hardly ever talk about politics to anyone (outside this forum). But three years ago I did tell someone that I hoped Ben Sasse would run for President. This 60 Minutes interview from Sunday confirmed to me that I made a correct choice. I only wish that he had more time to actually run. Sounds like a great man.

Ignoring the unfortunate cancer, we have a system that deters the more honorable like him from running. I would not be surprised if he had not done it even if he never had cancer. Hard to make it through that grinder with that level of humility.

But Republicans in the Oklahoma Legislature make Oklahoma look so bad and backward, I bet it scares away a lot of decent conservatives from California and other states.
