Not sure it is fair to say they did nothing. There was a legislative audit of it. Of course, I want fraud stamped out and people in prison if they are doing it. But, so much is politicized any more, and politicians have no problem blatantly lying. it is really hard to know what to believe.

Not really a step up from Walz. Speaking of Walz.. you think it would address what’s already happened but he just rambles off a bunch of excuses. One excuse was about white men.

If this was already taken care of and there is no continuation of massive fraud, you’d think it would be easy for him to simply answer to the past corrective action.

I didn't read the whole thing, but my understanding was that the audit found that he very much exaggerated his claims. IF that is true, then yea, the first step would be another audit. Do you think they should just start prosecuting people because of the claims of the Trump administration and social media videos? Nobody outside of Minnesota seemed to care about this in 2019. But now that the administration has gotten a hold of it, suddenly it is a new crisis and his claims are being rehashed again. This whistleblower refused to testify for the audit and had to be subpoenaed. Maybe he had his reasons, but a whistleblower who doesn't want to blow his whistle formally but only to the media is suspicious.

Was that a BS audit by the state to cover their tracks or is the Trump administration making something out of very little because it accomplishes two goals, makes Waltz look bad, and they can focus on immigrants doing it not the others? Realistically, neither of us know, but your response shows your belief.

I can tell you from experiences in my life on a much smaller scale that it is far easier and more fun to pull out pitchforks than it is to show your innocence and reclaim your reputation when people grab their pitchforks for false reasons.

Hi. Minnesota resident here. No issues with the current leadership (or under Pawlenty for that matter-Dayton was an idiot though). You think we should switch from a capable administration to one that would be run by someone crazy because an issue discovered and prosecuted a couple of years ago suddenly became a political hot topic at the federal level?

Is this really about fraud or is it about who is being blamed for the fraud currently? Im all about prosecuting those who stole MY tax dollars but this is less about that and more about creating outrage that helps benefit Trump's immigration agenda. Plus it helps distract from Epstein which might be the real reason something that has been part of an ongoing investigation is the current hot button right wing issue right now. And that leads to another problem-how has this turned into a right/left thing? Are we having the same discussions about the Oklahoma DOE under Walters which was stealing YOUR tax dollars or us that (d)ifferent?

I think they should lead by example. Moving forward no MAGA women should vote. Of course, since my wife and daughter aren't MAGA, they should still vote.

Hey there. I know you live there. I felt I was clear when I said the my pillow guy wasn’t a step up from Walz. So the “you think we should switch to a crazy person” talk is not something I advocated for. At all.

Spare me the veiled Somali race card too. It’s a pathetic and weak cop out being played here as if I wouldn’t do it if it were any other group of people. It’s a disgusting insinuation if I’m being honest.

I’ve actually called out wrongs from people on the right plenty. That includes whacko crazy Ryan Walters. He’s my sister’s neighbor btw. Trying to get a lot tea out of her. I’m also voting Drummond here because the republicans have been garbage since Henry left office. We need a good moderate whether they’re left or right of center mod.

I just saw a post labeled “new footage” showing Somali parents getting kickbacks from the day care. A Fox 9 segment was attached to the post. The Fox 9 story showed security camera footage. The footage has dates in 2015.
