DOGE ended up being a false promise. I doubt they cost any tax payer money and if they did it couldn’t be any more than the bs they discovered the tax payer is funding. Fear not though. DOGE is no more and nothing is unfunded.
This was a big indicator that DOGE was smoke and mirrors and failed promises incoming

You think a US envoy colluding w the President’s son-in-law and coaching the Russian’s on how to handle the President and then presenting Russian propaganda as US policy and then negotiating beside Kushner who has zero role in the US govt on how to divy up a sovereign nation’s natural resources for the benefit of the conquering country and its supposed adversary is a nothing burger?
Not to mention the thousands of innocent civilians and children who were slaughtered and in the end their country is divided up and pilfered like two private equities behave in a leveraged buyout (which is exactly what is going on).

I don't want any president's family meddling on either side of this conflict. I'm more concerned about US bombs slaughtering innocent civilians and children. We shouldn't be involved ourselves with wars that are not our own and we should avoid entering them as well.
Why couldn’t it be? It was a totally unregulated mess. Being that I work in the government and know about the waste despite intense oversite, I simply cannot imagine the level of waste. Add in the theft of data, and I’m surprised you don’t have more concerns than “false promise.” My cynical side says they got what they wanted so bailed with our data.
That's a more intriguing point to support the smoke mirror as DOGE was sold on this grand idea of cutting waste like the Clinton admin did. It all went away. What was the point? Data.
Bingo. DOGE was a data harvest the entire time. They fed it to an AI defense company, Palantir. Absolutely supercharged the surveillance state.
USAID, specifically, was absorbed by the State dept. So, while not "unfunded", they cannot make decisions on foreign aid without the approval of people who don't believe in foreign aid.
What "bs" speficially did they cut that is going to save the average person a single cent in taxes? If anything, they cut programs they didn't like and redistributed those funds to enrich themselves and their friends.
I'm not sure if you're just bored and trolling, but the "meh" attitude about all of this is disheartening.
