Edit: it wasn't about children being killed. Just the natural consequence of having gun deaths in a nation that arms it's citizens.

And like clockwork in America, another school shooting. This time in Evergreen, Colorado. A close family friend is a freshman there.

I personally think Charlie Kirk is a POS. If you told me he died and didn't give me any details, then I wouldn't care and probably say the world is better off. Although, I watched the video. It is really tough. Very sickening. That just shouldn't happen because of what people say.

shooter arrested. Not a student at the school. 1 Shot was fired. Kirk is in critical condition at the hospital. TPUSA staffer told media that it isn't looking good for him.

Disclaimer: I'm generally pretty supportive of 2A with some regulations. But I don't get that line of thinking at all, especially because that could mean you and your loved ones or me and mine. Statements like that always presume that the affects won't affect "me".

apparently the shooter shot him from a nearby building from ~ 200 yards away. The shooter either. 1 Got Really Lucky if his goal was to shoot Kirk...2. Was aiming at someone else and hit Charlies OR 3. Has some experience or training with the firearm he used

for an amateur/beginner a 200 yard shot more than 50% of the time wouldn't even hit a human sized target

For experienced hunter or shooter @ 200 yards. 3" - 4" grouping in a 18 x 5 target is achievable ~ 70% of the time.

Ill say a prayer for him. Its hard to have a lot of sympathy for him when he uses the death of children to justify his political views and therefore clicks/income though. Not impossible but difficult.

Maybe this will be something that makes people who generally put their head in the sand when it comes to gun violence a reason to rethink their views.
