There will be plenty more in the future.I know this doesn’t fit the agenda for this thread, but here is are some marketing takes on the Cracker Barrel logo change. Don’t see anything in the write-up about “crackers, whips, or slavery”. Plus, it is from CBS news, so that should carry some weight. Pretty liberal source.

Its about fundraising and name recognition right now. I didn't like the trolling at first but watching MAGA not know what to do has been entertaining. Nothing like seeing someone say hes acting like a child and just pointing out that he isn’t the first one to do stuff this way.
But of the probably dozen or so potential 2028 democratic nominees, how many are we talking about right now? People are going to start forming exploratory committees next fall and a lot of them are going to find out they are getting ran over because hes created the biggest audience for the past year. Plus now Im getting multiple emails a day now asking to chip in and help California out. Hes gonna get a war chest out of this.
Id prefer a Midwest or southern Democrat (if they still exist) but Im concerned California Slick is gonna push everyone out before we get going.
Exactly. I do not mind the democrats having a counter to the idiocy of Trump. But, if you are going to claim it is showing his idiocy, it can't be done by the person destined to lead. They need a clear, fresh voice that shows the opposite of Trump, not a democrat Trump.
I'd vote for AOC at this point. Not taking corporate $ is a big plus in my book and I don't see many others doing similar things.

This is interesting. Is there a mechanism for the courts to enforce a court order against an executive branch (in this case, state executive branch) that just ignores them? Can the attorney general be arrested for contempt of court?
If this continues where the executive branch ignores the courts but then uses the courts when it benefits them, we would be better off without a court.

I wish Republicans would require posting the Bill of Rights in schools, considering how much legislators try to violate them when passing bills. The Bill of Rights also need posted in State Capitols. But maybe Republicans would be opposed to doing that since they seem to think we get our rights from God, not from a government document.

What’s more interesting is that the guy telling them to ignore the court has been ignoring the Ten Commandments himself and is in the middle of a divorce proceeding initiated by his wife.
This is why I can’t w the GOP. Just stop doing this sh!+. We had more children shot this morning than we have trans athletes competing in the US at high school and college combined but not one thing will be done to protect kids.
MAGA more upset about Cracker Barrel than more kids getting murdered. Our constitution no longer means sh!*, so I think the govt. should just take all guns away.
