I think we have to let him at least have an offseason to create his own roster before deciding that.

Yep. Let's see how much NIL money he can generate and how well he can recruit with more time to do it. Unless it's a total disaster, I think you have to let a coach have three seasons at least to establish himself.

Agree wit this. He has exceeded both total wins and conference wins compared to last year, so there is improvement from that perspective.
