We made the top 25.....

...in most disappointing men's college basketball seasons of the past 25 years. Thanks Travis Ford! Also, if Micheal Cobbins doesn't get injured, I believe we would have had a far different trajectory that season.

22. 2013-14 Oklahoma State Cowboys

Marcus Smart, Markel Brown, Le'Bryan Nash and Phil Forte were a strong foursome for a preseason AP top-10 team. Yet, the team couldn't find its rhythm after late-season stumbles, which included a seven-game losing streak and Smart's three-game suspension for shoving a fan in a loss at Texas Tech. The chaotic year ended for the 9-seed Cowboys and a first-round loss to 8-seed Gonzaga in the NCAA tournament.

Oh thanks for the reminder of that year. Hit a point where we were top ten in both football and basketball. Peaked at whipping rapelor on a frigid night in Stillwater. Had the conference title in our grasps then ended 0-2 losing bedlam in depressing fashion and the cotton bowl as well. Then on the bball front we peaked with Smart doing a victory backflip in the Phog before Ford ball ultimately did what Ford ball does.

Heck even baseball made Josh's first super that year. 2013 was quite an incredible yet still disappointing year for OSU sports.
