NIL for <15 players is much more manageable than 30+ players for football plus the year to year defections. $10M/yr for recruiting can go a long way as evidenced by what he’s brought in. Now getting them to gel, pass up on open 3s to get an assist instead and selling out on defense takes a special coach….and I feel we have a VERY special coach!!!!

Completely agree. Every single coach in the NCAA knows the help defense we are playing. But how many can get buy-in with such intensity with every player on the squad? That's the interpersonal talent and skills that Coach brings to our school.
