Great to get a weekend sweep on the road and make up a little bit for one of those series we shouldn’t have dropped. I didn’t get to see much of yesterday or today due to the scheduling but the bats and run production were tremendous, and the no coincidence strikeouts were way down from where they have been. Pitching was remarkable given the limitations and Tech’s talent on offense. Huge credit to Phillips, he’s put together a few successful outings here lately and couldn’t come at a better time.

He’s more of a 3-5 hole hitter but turned himself into a lead off hitter. Credit to him…he’s made himself a lot of money for this upcoming draft
