Wentworth 0-6 today. Are there no players behind him whatsoever that might be given a chance?
Usually by about the 4th time you see a PH. Not Josh!Kstate announcer “ever see a guy strike out 6 times in one game?”
Commentator: “Uh…nope”.
Wentworth proceeds to strike out for the 6th time in one day…LOL
TP may need to go back to Stillwater and get his eyes checked or something.
And no one does anything to change it. Striking out 6 times in a game is absolutely incredible.22Ks…man, this is not the way.
Josh will pat them on the back for scoring 10 runs, and that’s the problem and why it continuesRitchie, with his team desperately needing a hit, Ks for the 5th time today
And note that their launch angle technique was perfect!Josh will pat them on the back for scoring 10 runs, and that’s the problem and why it continues
I have a question about the launch angle. I know what it is and what Josh's philosophy is but, what does that have to do with chasing pitches that aren't strikes and taking strike three over and over again? Seems like you could have a good eye at the plate and still have a lunch angle that would make Josh happy. But we don't.And note that their launch angle technique was perfect!
Well, in his defense, Blake and Jennings have been terrible. And so has Blake...So Burns and Jennings can get 3 out multiple innings but we put Blake out there in the B9?
Yeah, but I’d take my chances with two freshman over a guy who has failed over and over for 4 yearsWell, in his defense, Blake and Jennings have been terrible. And so has Blake...
Yea I get the impact zone and what you say makes sense. To me that still doesn't excuse chasing sliders in the dirt. But either way I'm tired of all of itBecause it is a longer swing, not short and compact with the thought of “lifting the ball. Requires starting earlier leading to guessing location ie Meola and why so may hitters look so bad at the plate. Instead of a level path through the zone it goes low to high with a much smaller impact zone.
