Rock and a hard place..while they need to have success against lesser opponents, at some point someone has to step up and pitch against elite teams. Otherwise this team won’t get out of regionals regardless if we host or not

To me, it comes down to this brutal early schedule. I know Coach wants to see how we stack up, but we need a deeper pitching staff, I feel like these two weekends zap our arms.

It seems this season is a bit more open than normal for most teams. Not as big of a gap of top 3 teams to the rest of the field. Feels like anything can happen
