Glad we got the win. I think we had a lot of lack of focus, I’m really hoping it’s becuase of the team we were playing. Thursday night against Northwestern should be a good one.

We shot 53% from the field and 40% from 3.

We also had 18 assists.

We won by 14. It was fine.

Big one on Thursday.

Really prefer Curry to Clary. No where near as out of control, jerky-jerky on offense.

Curry is so good about driving and kicking it to the open man, plus finishing at the bucket too when needed.

Honestly jersey and team name mean nothing in this sports world. Young coaches bringing in new ideas, developing players differently. Teams are losing left and right that are favored. So much more parity which I enjoy. New challenges every night. These games we don’t trap as much, we dont give green lights on 3s as much, we don’t press much, to me it feels like self creating adversity so we can learn to get out of it.

The so much more parity statement is pretty funny considering the first non-ranked team to beat a ranked team happened last night, three weeks into the season.

That's surprising to hear, every team I've watched this year has such athletic talent. Just goes to show how much coaching matters.
