ISU @ OSU

You keep throwing around the $8 mil roster quote. Show me where that’s a fact.
Well you are never going to find confirmed NIL numbers but it’s been pretty widely circulated that Lutz built some relationships with a handful of donors, credit to him, that generated 4-5mil. That’s in addition to the 3mil rev share. Some have estimated 10mil but I think that is next years with Allmond and Montonati.

Again, show me where it’s been “widely circulated”. I’ve actually heard the $8 mil, but that’s for next year. I haven’t seen that number thrown around for this years roster and would be happy to be proven wrong.

Miller leaving people wide open to start the game and leading to at least 2 - 3ptrs and trailing 9-2 within 2+ minutes. I like the kid but he looks completely lost on Defense. I couldn't prevent myself from watching him do this all game.
He's just not a very good player. He's shooting 25% in league play and can't/wont guard anyone. He looked good against Q4 teams and that's about it.

Again, NIL figures are not provable publicly, nobody is going to confirm how much they are making and donors aren’t going to confirm how much they are giving. Schools would rather it be understated due to expectations. It’s all mostly speculative but 7-8mil has been the number consistently used on sports radio and podcasts.

I just heard the one on Tuesday and thought it was a student interviewing Dave, maybe as some sort of partnership with the journalism school. It was a little awkward because the questions and comments had very much positive spin, and Dave had to do a lot of “Yeah but” and “that’s true but” after the loss. Maybe it was just she had scripted the questions with the lead by 7 with 3min left…HA. At least in football, I always thought Dave and John do a pretty good job of giving an honest assessment after the game. And then here comes Robert…
I believe it is a student. The Q&A segment between she and Dave comes across as very scripted to me, not organic or authentic. Which is odd as Dave has always come across as very authentic. I am sure it is a learning curve for the student.

I think Lutz went and got a bunch of guys in the portal that could score and who he knew probably didn’t have much of a history making defense a priority. I think when he recruited them last offseason he hoped they would buy into a defensive culture. Hasn’t happened. Does Lutz not have a backbone or do a lot of these guys just not want to listen? Both are probably true. At the end of the day they are getting paid. That’s the most important thing to the majority of college players now.

Sad but true.

So. Out of your ass is where you are getting it?
