Israel launches preemptive strike against Iran

Trump on his strikes of Iran: "I don't want to use an example of Hiroshima. I don't want to use an example of Nagasaki, but that was essentially the same thing. That ended that war, this ended the war."

Trump on Pete Hegseth: "Secretary of War. It used to be called secretary of war. Maybe for a couple weeks we'll call it that, because we feel like warriors. It used to be called secretary of war ... then we became politically correct ... maybe we'll have to start thinking about changing it."

I guess we became PC as a nation in 1947??

Rep. Jason Crow: I have seen the intelligence report on the strike on Iran. All I'm going to say is that Trump has a long history of distorting and putting his own take on U.S. intelligence assessments regardless of what it actually says

USING Israeli intelligence reports to undermine his OWN INTELLIGENCE DEPARTMENT

Trump unexpectedly released an Israeli intelligence report that appears to contradict intelligence from the Pentagon about the U.S. strikes on Iran.

Q: Is the intelligence correct or is the intelligence wrong?

TRUMP: Well, the intelligence was very inconclusive. The intelligence says 'We don't know, it could've been very severe' ... you'd think a media outlet would say, isn't that a great thing?

1. If it was too soon for the facts to come out, how come hes so sure he is right?

2. I don't think anyone is commenting on the bravery and actions of the pilots. If their bunkers were a bit too deep for our bombs to penetrate there isn't much that could have been done about that.

3. How thin skinned do you have to be that anything less than complete unquestioned agreement is seen as treason?

Even when it seems like something good happens with this administration they find a way to screw it up.

This crap pisses me off.

Trying to drag the actual soldiers, airmen, etc that performed the missions into the political debate is bs.

Reporting the intelligence released and questioning whether the President is telling the truth (hint….he isn’t) in no way attacks those service men and women.

Speaking on their behalf as individuals and hiding behind them to support your own deception is cowardly.
