Everyone is giving a heads up who is being bombed and where. From a casualty standpoint Im not complaining one bit about that.
This seems like a modern international version of a Victorian era duel where both sides aim their pistols in the air so they can keep their honor without seriously injuring the other person

Not directly but Iran did notify Qatar knowing that Qatar would tell us.

Per what I'm reading Qatar did Inform the US base and the entire base had been evacuated before the attack and reports that not one rocket fired by Iran made it through Qatar air defenses and all destroyed in the air

Seems like the perfect comparison to me ...Iran took every precaution to let everyone know so no one got hurt and they played huge into symbology with the same number of ordinance that hit them
