So true. The military industrial complex wants to make them last as long as possible. The Afghan war lasted 20 years. Obama should have parted company with the military industrial complex and got us out of there. Osama bin Laden wasn't even caught there. If the Afghan War strategy was to gain control and exploit its rare earth minerals, then it sure didn't work.
