ICE

A community is devastated after ICE raids an LA church and arrests a congregant during a church event.

“This tragedy caused significant trauma to members of our church and to the broader community. This was a violation of our Sacred Right to Worship and Serve our Lord Jesus Christ Freely and Safely.” ~ Church officials, in a press release

So they can do that but Lemon can't protest in a church?

ICE is running a “conveyor belt” of illegally detained Minnesota families.

Agents are arresting entire families with legal status and immediately shipping them off to Texas to deny them legal representation and avoid the federal courts in Minnesota.

So they can do that but Lemon can't protest in a church?
Bondi: "They bombarded in and as Don Lemon put it in his own words, they were on their was to 'a resistance' at that church. They had a resistance operation. There were originally about 400 people in that church. The lucky ones were able to get out."

Trump: "2% of the people create 90% of the crime. So when you start moving these guys out, you have a huge impact on crime. You've got sick people. So you don't have to arrest the entire population. Two percent of the people. They'll never be good. Eventually they will kill you"

AOC on ICE: It’s our task to figure out how to claw back what has essentially supercharged this agency into becoming a relentless domestic paramilitary that is also a blank check to Palantir to create facial-recognition scans on U.S. citizens.

Chaos continues at the Minnesota U.S. Attorney's Office, which is hemorrhaging more talent, with eight more federal prosecutors heading for the exits, the Minneapolis Star-Tribune reported Monday.

President Donald Trump reacted to this announcement in the Oval Office, expressing his approval and noting the benefit of body cameras, though he made it clear that this was not his decision.

“Well, it wasn't my decision. I would have you know, I leave it to her. They generally tend to be good for law enforcement because people can't lie about what's happening. So, generally speaking, I think 80% good for law enforcement,” he said.

“If she wants to do the camera thing, that's okay with me,” Trump added.

WTF...tRump does know there was video of both killings?!...and his administration lied...smh

I'd be curious to hear how he would define that other 20%
IMO, if 80% is good for law enforcement, that leaves 20% that would be showing abuse of power/dishonesty.
20% seems like a high number for that to me, but my own eyes so far have shown that may be low...

Can anyone confirm this ?

Q: You're a constitutional lawyer. Can you detail the 4th Amendment protections someone has if an ICE agent approaches their home with an administrative warrant?

MIKE JOHNSON: When ICE goes to execute a warrant, it's an administrative warrant and it's issued by an immigration judge, and that is a sufficient legal authority to go and apprehend someone

That doesn’t answer the question.

Oklahoma tribal nations are raising alarms after federal ICE sweeps entered Indian Country without warning, prompting concerns over racial profiling, sovereignty violations, and unannounced enforcement on tribal lands. Tribal leaders say citizens were stopped and questioned without cause, forcing some to carry proof of tribal citizenship to avoid detention.
