Disturbing development in Dallas Immigration Court
The Texas Observer reports that ICE prosecutor James Rodden — previously identified as the operator of a racist, white supremacist X account — has returned to work in Dallas immigration court. The Observer posted a photo of Rodden exiting the courtroom in early January wearing his staff badge.
Rodden was linked last year to the account GlomarResponder, which posted statements like:
“America is a White nation”
“Migrants are all criminals”
Praise for Adolf Hitler
A post blaming America’s “downfall” on the election of Abraham Lincoln
After the Observer exposed him, Rodden disappeared from court schedules. Members of Congress demanded an investigation. ICE said it would act “expeditiously.”
Now, nearly a year later, he’s back in court — with no public explanation.
Congressman Marc Veasey of Dallas is not letting this go.
“White supremacists should not hold positions of authority in our justice system, and I will do everything in my power to ensure that Rodden is held accountable.”
This comes as ICE tactics face growing national scrutiny following the killings in Minneapolis and protests across the country.
