These incidents have been caused because ICE is trying to remove criminal elements from cities whose leadership is encouraging people to interfere, not protest, strap on a weapon and interfere with the arrest of a criminal. And I won't argue about "undocumented" I'm talking about wanted criminals.

It is about race when they are targeting 'brown' skinned individuals for deportation...they are not trying to remove criminals when they are going to places of businesses, schools, and homes...the vast majority of people arrested/deported have NO criminal record...People are protesting and sometimes interfering because they believe what ICE is doing is wrong!
From the late, great MLK “One has not only a legal but a moral responsibility to obey just laws. Conversely, one has a moral responsibility to disobey unjust laws” ICE is violating civil liberties, tearing apart families, and the have NO accountability. Fourth Amendment? nah...wearing masks and using unmarked vehicles? WTF

It’s obvious that there are no guardrails on this administration. They will not respect local or state laws, offices, or agents. They will not respect the legislative or judicial system. No checks. No balances. No inconvenient laws.

We are governed by Trump’s morality. Lord, that is a scary thought. What a dystopia!

I'm sick & tired of seeing basic guaranteed rights openly violated.
It's one thing to trample someone's guaranteed constitutional rights; the blatant disregard shown by then giving multiple public statements by a whole host of different administration members that completely justify this action in total opposition of those constitutional rights.
I am a self-proclaimed gun rights guy, and I have had to listen to people openly campaigning in favor of things like magazine capacity restrictions. At every turn previously, people rightly (IMO) opposed these as 2A violations. Now some of those same people are putting out statements justifying this killing because of the capacity of the magazine or the optics or the brand/quality of the firearm. They either don't see the hypocrisy or don't care or even worse, both!

Not “guaranteed”, protected. The Constitution doesn’t guarantee our rights, it protects them. It protects them, FROM GOVERNMENT.

KOCO 5 reported today that only 5% of those detained by ICE in Oklahoma had criminal records.

Obviously if people thought the feds were going after violent criminals and protestors were just there to get in the way, we’d all be on Rob’s side. I know I would be. But that’s the difference, the reality is that they’re not. Too many innocent people are getting hurt.

And for what it’s worth during the Obama years it was about 50/50. Which had the ACLU all over that administration…

Also using Native American status as a way to prove someone is not racist is laughable. I’ve sat w family in restaurants and heard them literally say “That’s an Osage. Go sit at the table next to us so they won’t sit there.” They had the same view of Creek Native Americans as well.

Exactly what I meant when I said that if we short circuit rights and protections for anyone then we are all in danger. Equal protection and due process protects all of us.
