ICE

What are we even doing as a country right now?

People don't deserve to be executed, even if they are "illegal".

All of these gravy seals need to be deployed to Venezuela, Cuba, etc. stat. If they really want to fight, they can do it against other people with weapons.
I get what you are saying, but we have no business bothering Venezuela or much less Cuba.

These people act like they wont ever face repercussions for their actions. It is essential that we do make sure they face consequences.

Woman screaming a pro agitator? Maybe.

Woman driver disorderly and resisting? Yes. She was blocking the ICE officers and refusing their orders.

Woman driver violently, willfully, and viciously ran over the officer? Not even close. Not even an attempt at any of that.

Just my observations.
The lady blocking was supposedly a legal observer. They are supposed to do more observing and less direct action.

Either way, none of this should be death sentence.

Was eventually going to happen on camera. Surprised it took this long.

'Fun' part no one else is talking about but should be front and center: police and military have trainings for live-fire situations. There's protocols, things you do and don't do.

None of it, and mean none of it, was followed in the video. The other officers seemed just as surprised as the spectators. None of them knew he was about to do that and none of them knew how to respond. One of them actually runs away from him. No 'shots fired' called in instantly. And the shooter himself? Casually re-holsters immediately. No follow up, no rushing to the scene to make sure the target is down and begin emergency aid. None of them actually rush in to provide aid until about 45 seconds later. The shooter actually leaves the scene.

All that to say this was an untrained group with guns. Whether you think they have authority or not, whether you think the shooting is justified or not, I think it's important to state: this is a group of armed and untrained men who believe they have the right to question, detain, arrest and potentially shoot civilians.

It's a recipe for disaster.

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, during a visit to Texas, was asked about the fatal shooting of a woman during an immigration enforcement operation in Minneapolis, Minnesota on Wednesday morning.

Noem described the incident as an “act of domestic terrorism” carried out against ICE officers by a woman who “attempted to run them over and rammed them with her vehicle. An officer of ours acted quickly and defensively, shot, to protect himself and the people around him.”

You should watch all the film more closely. One officer was at her window, one was in front of the car. She accelerated and ran over the agent's foot or leg. The bullet that killed her came through the front windshield. If this were regular police officers it wouldn't even be news past locally.

I hope people watch the video because it’s obvious that what this administration is saying is absolutely bull crap.

She might have been scared and panicked. Im no expert on running over people but I would figure generally if you are trying to do that you wouldn't be trying to just graze them a little.

I agree she was probably scared and panicked. She was ordered to stop and get out of the car after she blocked the road. Again, if this was any LEO besides ICE, it wouldn't even have made national news.

Oh I doubt that. Go back and see what @UrbanCowboy said about their lack of training or following what Im guessing is standard protocol. I think that alone would probably warrant alot of attention.
