Pretty sure if I remember correctly it was Shaw not Darrell. Then Shaw fled to a Texas school and Darrell took the brunt of all the false allegations. When in reality it was the wrong person blamed. Terrible situation but it felt like after Shaw left OK it kind of removed him from having to testify…?

IIRC, Shaw disappeared for awhile.
