FBI Executing Search Warrant on Georgia Election Headquarters over 2020 Election

Breaking news: The FBI relied heavily on previously debunked claims of widespread election irregularities in Georgia as it persuaded a federal judge to sign off on plans to seize 2020 voting records from Fulton County, court documents show.

Fulton County: The judge ordered DOJ to unseal the search-warrant affidavit.

It doesn’t charge anyone, name a defendant or allege an ongoing crime.

The case is built on a lot of ifs:
If certain problems were intentional, then they could violate federal law.

The affidavit even acknowledges that Georgia investigations found mismanagement — not fraud.

It also admits the records were under a state court seal when DOJ seized them anyway.
