Epstein files release

Rep. Massie: “I've not seen any arrests from the revelations in the Epstein files…Over two dozen people have resigned, CEOs, members of government worldwide. But I haven't seen any arrests or investigations here in the United States from this DOJ.”

Years before the FBI and NY district attorney opened probes into Epstein’s child sex trafficking ring, the Drug Enforcement Administration was reportedly examining him for suspicious money transfers they believed could be linked to illegal drug purchases. https://trib.al/Tl1qVaW

Nobel Prize winner resigns from Columbia Univ over Epstein ties

A Nobel Prize-winning scientist stepped down from his leadership role at Columbia University over previous ties to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

Richard Axel announced his resignation Tuesday as co-director of the Zuckerman Institute to ” focus on research and teaching.” In a statement, he called his relationship with Epstein “a serious error in judgment” and said he deeply regrets the association.

“I apologize for compromising the trust of my friends, students, and colleagues,” the statement reads. “I recognize the problems this has caused, and I will work to restore this trust.”

Axel is the latest prominent figure to step down in recent months after their connections to Epstein surfaced in files released by the Department of Justice.

Records show Axel told New York Magazine in 2007 that he first met Epstein in the 1980s. Justice Department documents indicate the two remained in contact, with interactions dating to at least 2010.

“What has emerged about Epstein’s appalling conduct, the harm that he has caused to so many people, makes my association with him all the more painful and inexcusable,” Axel wrote.

A photo appearing to show Howard Lutnick with Jeffrey Epstein in Little St.James was removed from a database of files previously released by the DOJ. The photo was flagged by “jmail,” a site run by two tech workers, built a searchable archive of Epstein’s Gmail from newly released files.

The group shared a DOJ file labeled EFTA01230639, but that file name no longer appears in the U.S. Department of Justice database online.

DOJ admits to removing pic of Lutnick and Epstein together on his island and provides the most LAUGHABLE reason as to why and are trying to claim they removed it because it contained Nudity (the pic they removed for nudity is below) and that they didn't "Delete" it

DOJ gives shameless reason for hiding photo of Lutnick and Epstein

Pam Bondi’s Department of Justice has offered a questionable explanation for the removal of a photo of Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick from its public library of files related to the late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

The photo, which was found in a downloaded cache of Epstein files but was later removed from the DOJ’s dedicated site, appears to show Epstein and Lutnick walking on Little St. James, the Caribbean island where many of Epstein’s crimes took place.

The removed photo shows five men, including Jeffrey Epstein, in white, and Howard Lutnick, in blue. A DOJ official said the image was “part of a batch of files that had been flagged for nudity.” / jmail/DOJ

It also shows three other unidentified men, all wearing baggy shorts and T-shirts or button-down shirts, while Epstein is dressed in a white T-shirt and pants.

In a statement to the Daily Beast, a DOJ official said the image was “part of a batch of files that had been flagged for nudity.”

“The batch of thousands of images was pulled for review and is being uploaded with necessary redactions on a rolling basis,” the official said. “No files are being deleted.”

Republican Comer changes tune after Trump official allegedly lied

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer appears to be changing his tune on Howard Lutnick, now suggesting that it is "very possible" he might subpoena him after the Trump Commerce Secretary allegedly lied before Congress about the extent of his ties to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

Just two weeks ago, MS NOW reported that Chairman Comer had dodged questions about subpoenaing Lutnick.

Asked at the time if his committee had any plans to subpoena the Commerce Secretary, Comer instead replied, "Well, we're going to try to get these five [witnesses] nailed down. We've got a lot of very important people we're trying to bring in to answer questions."

On Thursday, the question came up again, and Comer offered reporters a different perspective.

Asked if "in the spirit of bipartisanship" he would request Lutnick testify, Comer replied it was "very possible, and I think it's a good possibility his name will arise on some questioning

Epstein files: Rep. Mace says she'll call Trump Commerce chief Lutnick to testify

Rep. Nancy Mace on Friday said that Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick should testify to the House Oversight Committee to answer questions about his association with notorious sex predator Jeffrey Epstein.

"Howard Lutnick should take questions from the Oversight committee," Mace, R-S.C., said in an X post on Friday morning.

Mace's tweet responded to an X post that said the Department of Justice had removed from its database of Epstein-related documents a photo of Epstein standing in front of a man who "appears to be Howard Lutnick."

It is not known if the man in the photo is Lutnick, who has not been accused of wrongdoing in connection with Epstein.

Mace later Friday morning told reporters, "I will be asking" Lutnick to testify to the Oversight committee.

“I can tell you, I’ve seen unredacted files myself that directly refute his assertion that he kicked Jeffrey Epstein out of Mar-a-Lago and the reasoning he gave for doing so.”

Florida Rep. Maxwell Frost, D-Fla. said House Democrats have “new questions” about Trump’s ties to Epstein while speaking to reporters outside the House Oversight Committee’s deposition of former President Bill Clinton.

The scourge of this guy is unbelievable. They should all be in prison:

A plastic surgeon from Mount Sinai closed a young woman’s head wound with 35 stitches on Jeffrey Epstein’s dining room table.

An internist in West Palm Beach ordered a blood test for another woman, then reported the abnormal results back to Mr. Epstein.

A dentist at Columbia University asked Mr. Epstein how much work he wanted done on a “girl” with severe tooth decay.
