They have already been able to get him through a felon conviction and tons of things that each would have been a huge ethics scandal for any former president.

If they can get him through clear and convincing evidence that shows he most likely was involved but at the very minimum was knowledgeable of the actions of a prolific pedophile, there is nothing they won't be able to do.
