What's the forecast on lineup? Like, is anyone looking to change weight due to incoming recruit or personal choice?
I don't like to talk about that stuff... and certainly don't want to issue an opinion on a case I know nothing about.
Good enough for me. I just hope he moves back East, gets his nonsense together and becomes what he has all the ability to be.
I’m a criminal defense attorney and I have no prediction. It mostly hinges on whether the alleged victim wants to testify. The affidavit is alarming, but more often than not when push comes to shove the State can’t prove exactly what they have alleged in the affidavit And deals get worked out. I’m surprised it’s gone on this long with what’s at stake, and that is usually an indicator the parties are at an impasse (Defendant doesn’t have an offer they are willing to take, but not chomping to set for trial either). Who blinks first?
