CWS

That was the biggest CWS choke job since Arkansas choked it off against Oregon State in '18.

I'm calling it now; Coastal beats LSU
Basically LSU will have a home crowds with the whole State of Louisiana in Omaha. Sorry CC but your 26 or is it 28 game win streak will end on Saturday.

Wow! Coastal Carolina Head Coach and 1st base coach tossed in the bottom of the first in game two.
What happened as I just turned the game on? If it goes to game 3 they are not allowed to coach that game. CC just got a HR. Did the coaches argue Strikes and balls with ump as this will get you kicked out fast?

CC HC Kevin Scnall was arguing with Ump about a strike. He was given a warning. He then refused to go back to dug out and continued arguing, so he was tossed. Out for three games. The 1st Base Coach Schilling then was tossed for two games based on he then continued arguing after the HC was tossed.

3rd base coach will resume HC duties for this game and game 3 if it goes to a game 3.

5-1 LSU - New Pitcher - CC Ace pitcher is done.

Now they are saying the ump may have ejected the coaches prematurely without following protocol as he should have allowed the HC an opportunity to talk.

Being a Championship Game CC may have some grounds for protest of game.

It seemed like a quick ejection to me, but a HC has to have more composure in that situation. He could have a bit less confrontational when he came out. Umpiring in college baseball is pretty bad.

IMO, in that situation you need to wait until the coach does something egregious before you toss him. A regular season game, sure go ahead and quick-trigger him. Elimination game to end someone's season in the 1st inning? Have thicker skin.

I also am not buying Coastal's statement they issued. 1, I think their team knew what they were doing and didn't let any of that change how they approached the game. 2, if they believed they would be affected that badly, their staff needs to have some restraint and not put anyone in that position.
Everyone was wrong, everybody loses except LSU & the SEC. Way to F it up, guys.

The CCU coach came out with very aggressive body language. Normally I'd say blue needs to have thicker skin, but when a coach comes out like that, he has to go.

Maybe the ump could have handled things better before that, don't know.
