A report (Lubbock newspaper) says that Canady is dealing with sonme soft tissue damage and is day-to-day. She's still slated to start Friday, but their coach says that is tentative.

Her last outing was Feb 23 against South Dakota State. She went 4 innings and gave 2 solo HRs. Not sure if she's hurt or just they want to work with her on her location since she's getting hit so hard

I was thinking the same thing. She could be pouting about not enough innings, be hurt, or just be in the dog house for not throwing strikes.
I wonder if her and Kyra do not gel with Carrie's coaching style. They both are talented enough to be very dominate in the circle. We need someone to get thru to them so they will achieve their talent level.
